Dr. James Brown.....

He was born and raised on a dairy farm in Frankston, Texas. He attended Trinity Valley Community College in Athens, Texas where he earned his Associates Degree, and continued on to the Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine program where he graduated in 1992. He practiced in the East Texas area for 3 years before purchasing Lake Palestine Animal Hospital in 1995. In January 2003, he was excited to open a new and larger animal hospital facility.

Dr. Brown is a member of the TVMA, AVMA, 3 Rivers VMA, ETVMA, and the Society of Theriogenology. He is also an active committee member to the TVMA liaison to the TAMU CVM/TVMA.

He and his wife Nancy have two children, Casey and Laura. Their pets include: 5 dogs and 1 cat.

Dr. Miranda Greer.....

Dr. Greer graduated from LSU school of Veterinary Medicine in 2005. She has been practicing in East Texas ever since.

She has been involved with raising registered Catahoulas for 15years and has also been active in rescue. She currently lives with s everal dogs, two pigs, two box turtles, two leopard geckos, and multiple freshwater aquariums.
